This is an idea I've had for a while, but very limited time to work on it. This will be the main character for an animated short though when all is said and done. I'm eventually going to equip him with hair. I still need to texture about 90% of him, and he needs to be rigged, but it's a start!

This was something done for an art blog we've started doing at work. I picked the one person who never really changed his expression. Plus I wanted to draw a mustache!

The Great Emancipator

WooHoo! An Update! So when I was home for the Thanksgiving holiday, my grandmother lovingly told me that I had a beard like Abe Lincoln. My brother-in-law found that funny enough to refer to me as "Honest Abe "or "The Great Emancipator" for that weekend and again at Christmas as well. I figured that was as good a subject matter as any for an illustration so here we go.

This was a character in an animation I'm working on, but she was changed to be less athletic. I thought it was a good looking character though, so it ended up here!

Ahoy!

So here is a pirate ship I modeled for a project. Eventually, this particular ship design was scrapped, but since I spent a good bit of time on it, and because I kind of like it, I present it now for the world to see. Behold, and revel in it's "piratey" goodness.

I think this will do.

So really I'm not 100% on what to put here, so first things first, just a little illustration I did to pass the time.


Really I think everyone should be able to see a walrus as some sort of bootlegging gangster.
